The right people at the right time
Are you a Trust or Fiduciary services provider?
Are you looking for experienced staff on a flexible basis to cover an immediate or upcoming need?
Step 1
To begin with, we would like to have a brief discussion or on-site visit with your business, on a strictly private and confidential basis. After that, we will put together a proposed outline solution in terms of ideal resource needs and start dates to cover your requirements. If desirous, Jason can provide various levels of Project Coordination or Quality Assurance, where in-house resource issues or complexity of project requires additional support or oversight.
Step 2
In Step 2 we would refer to our currently retained and wider network, to most closely align our talent pool and CVs for all staff that are in scope. That would be followed by a final discussion to confirm that the proposed solution is agreed between us. At this time, we would then provide/exchange with you a Project Initiation Document and/or Statement of Work, along with any additional documentation and contracts at your request. Template examples can be provided.
Step 3
In the earlier stages of a project in particular, more frequent progress reports are usually required as working adjustments are made to the processes – particularly as our staffs’ awareness of your systems, people and policies develops. We are able to meet any agreed reporting parameters or dovetail into existing processes. In this way, we can make any necessary or requested changes over the lifespan of the project to ensure the best outcomes for you in the long-term.
Step 4
As time passes and our involvement becomes ‘business as usual’, we provide regular and good quality Management Information (M.I.) so that you can track our progress and performance. This can be done using our own software solution, or alternatively we can use your preferred method. As our time ends with you, we would ensure a clean and efficient handover to your permanent staff and an executive debrief, in written and/or verbal format as preferred.
